How Volvo Builds Business Results Through High-Performing Teams
Swedcham, in partnership with GDQ Associates, invites you discover how one of Sweden’s most iconic global companies uses team performance science to drive results — and learn the framework you can apply in your own organization.
About the Event
Building a high-performing team isn’t about hiring the smartest people — it’s about how they work together. In this session, GDQ Associates will unpack the research-informed group development methods used by leading Swedish-Brazilian businesses to assess, develop, and sustain team effectiveness, drawing on real examples from Volvo’s own teams.
GDQ Associates works with research-based group and organizational development, training, and certification. At its core is the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ), developed by Dr. Susan Wheelan after nearly 30 years of research on group development and effectiveness.

Hedvig Mossvall
Chief Growth Officer at GDQ, coach and facilitator with extensive experience in team and leadership development across a wide range of organizations. Hedvig is passionate about translating research into real change for teams and the people who lead them.
David Arvidsson
