Eles substituir\u00e3o tributos como ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS e Cofins, com o objetivo de simplificar o sistema, &nbsp;observando a neutralidade na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade econ\u00f4mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A transi\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a em 2026 com uma al\u00edquota-teste de 1%, e o modelo ser\u00e1 implementado gradualmente at\u00e9 2033. O Senado fixar\u00e1 anualmente as al\u00edquotas de refer\u00eancia da CBS a partir de 2027 e do IBS a partir de 2029. Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o quinquenal, a ser realizada em 2031, poder\u00e1 ensejar ajustes por meio de lei complementar, caso se estime que a soma das al\u00edquotas de refer\u00eancia ultrapasse 26,5%.
