- The Swedish Industry in Brazil survey is conducted yearly in order to get an overview of Swedish business in Brazil as a whole.
- It was conducted by Swedcham between the dates of August 1st and September 28th of 2007.
- The survey contained 28 questions to which participant companies voluntarily responded.

Swedish Industry in Brazil overview
- Large Swedish investments in Brazil started in the 1950s with a concentration in the São Paulo region. Today, just about all large Swedish corporations are present in Brazil with their own production.
- The Swedish business community in Brazil today consists of more than 200 companies.
- New companies starting up are in the majority small and medium-sized companies with high technology.
The annual turnover has reached more than BRL 23 billion. An increase of somewhat 40% in two years
